The first step is to complete a Request for Services. Click HERE for the online form, or call 503-253-0964 to complete it over the phone. The Request for Services usually takes about 15 minutes to complete. Current wait list for counseling services is eight to twelve weeks. All calls or messages are confidential. If you call after hours, you may leave a confidential voice message and it will be returned the next business day. Please let us know if we can leave a message if you are not available when we call.
The voicemail and email should not be used for emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, please hang up and call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can reach the Multnomah County Crisis Line 24 hours a day at 503-988-4888.
The Northwest Catholic Counseling Center is easily accessible to I-205 and I-84, on the #12 bus line, and a quarter mile from the Parkrose Transit Center for MAX light rail. The main door is handicap accessible.
