Rain views people as the authors of their own lives, recognizing that the stories we tell about ourselves shape our identities, behaviors, and possibilities for the future. She is committed to providing a compassionate and empowering therapeutic space where clients can grow into a flourishing sense of self, promoting healing and autonomy. Rain takes an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing principles from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in addition to being EMDR trained. She uses client-centered and feminist frameworks to guide her work. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma.
“I not only support clients in personal growth but also help them explore how social factors shape their lives and experience, encouraging empowerment and social consciousness. I prioritize creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where healing can unfold at a pace that feels right.”
Outside of being a therapist, Rain enjoys scenic drives on the gorge, art museums, and a good concert.
Rain offers therapy in English.
