Kestley Sasaki, Professional Counselor Associate

Kestley Sasaki (she/her/hers), Professional Counselor Associate, received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University in 2023. She worked with ColumbiaCare Services and Northwest ADHD Treatment Center before joining The Northwest Catholic Counseling Center in 2025. Kestley’s mission as a therapist is to create a space where people can identify what mental wellness looks like for them, find hope and confidence in their healing journey, and feel empowered to embrace their authentic selves. While she acknowledges that beginning the counseling process can be intimidating to many, she works to build therapeutic relationships based on openness, respect, collaboration, and trust. Kestley aims to partner with her clients so that they can better understand themselves and work towards the goals that they view as important. She also provides an affirming environment for clients to explore and discuss various aspects of their identity, such as race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender.

Kestley uses cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals change thought processes, behaviors, and/or beliefs that may contribute to negative emotions or daily functioning difficulties. She also uses techniques from psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, internal family systems therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Kestley helps clients develop insight into factors contributing to emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges while giving them the necessary tools to manage and process them. She offers individual therapy to adults who are 18 and older and has experience working with ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

“I believe that all individuals are worthy of leading lives that allow for fulfillment, flourishing, and authenticity. Wherever you are in your mental health journey, I hope to help you recognize your capabilities for positive change and work with you to create the life you want to live.”

In her spare time, Kestley enjoys hiking, baking, listening to music, and playing the drums.
