Caring for the Caregivers Workshop
A Gentle Hour of Self-Care & Stress Relief
This virtual workshop is led by Lu Lu, LPC, CCPT-II.
Are you a caregiver, nurse, home aide, or someone supporting an aging loved one?
You give so much to others — but who’s caring for you?
Join us for a heart-centered, empowering workshop designed just for caregivers. In this supportive space, we’ll share practical self-care tools, explore ways to manage stress, and reflect on the emotional weight of caregiving — all in a warm, understanding environment.
You’ll learn:
- Simple, effective self-care habits you can start today
- Stress relief strategies you can actually use
- How to manage emotional fatigue and feel less alone
- Free community resources for caregivers in Oregon
- Encouragement, affirmation, and shared humanity
This isn’t a formal psychology class — it’s a space to breathe, connect, and remember: you matter, too.
**Worried about cost? Call us—we’re happy to help with a scholarship rate and registration..**
