Boundaries: RSVP to a Healthier Relationship
We all want healthier relationships, but sometimes figuring out how to improve them can be overwhelming. We may find ourselves feeling anger, resentful, burdened, or taken advantage of in interactions. Other times, we may be receiving feedback that we have crossed a line, pushed the limit, or pressured a loved one. Understanding and setting boundaries are crucial for trust, respect, and safety. Come join us in this workshop to learn what are boundaries, how to set them, and ultimately improve relational health.
This workshop is led by Michelle Sideroff, LPC. It is offered in-person at the NCC office.
