Are you a parent, adult child, or caregiver who feels stuck in patterns of silence, stress, or misunderstanding? Do you sometimes feel like you’re repeating family cycles without knowing how to stop?
Join us for a community workshop exploringĀ intergenerational relationshipsĀ and the impact of family history on how we love, listen, and relate to each other. Whether your child is 6 or 60, this workshop is for anyone who wants to reconnect, repair, and grow.

This is like aĀ “snack-size counseling session”: supportive, practical, and filled with warmth.

All virtual workshops are a per-household fee.
Workshop fee is non-refundable: if unable to attend, your fee will remain as a workshop credit for six months.
