Being kind to ourselves can be challenging at times. Self-compassion can help us respond to difficult emotions more effectively and can help reduce self-criticism. In this workshop, participants will learn about what self-compassion is and will get to practice a self-compassion exercise.
This virtual workshop is led by Jessie Larson-Wu, LPC.All virtual workshops are a per-household fee.
