Stages of Change | VIRTUAL Workshop

Are there patterns or behaviors that you wish you could change? Have you had trouble, in the past, sticking with it and developing new habits? In this workshop, we will review the Stages of Change Model to explore the different phases we go through when we wish to make a change in our lives.  We will cover practical guidance for supporting gradual progress with change and identify barriers in making lasting change.

About Michelle Sideroff, LPC: Michelle (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Master’s degree from the University of New Mexico and is a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors. She has been in practice for six years and has worked with clients on a range of different needs such as substance use, complex trauma, relationship challenges, shame, and emotional regulation. Michelle has spent the last three years with a  focus on sexual trauma and how it impacts individuals, families, relationships, and communities.
