Building a Grief Practice | VIRTUAL Workshop
Friday, October 22: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM PT
Loss is something we all experience and we all grieve in different ways. In this workshop we will explore a model for stages of grief, how some people observe grief and how grief can be processed through creativity and activity. Each participant will create an outline for their own personal grief practice.
Part of this workshop will be an interactive art activity. Please bring some supplies like markers, construction paper or crayons to draw or write and otherwise express yourself creatively. Simple pen and paper are fine too.
*This workshop is best suited for those not experiencing an immediate and recent loss.
