Mark uses solution-focused therapy as his primary method of treatment. He adds Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and an eclectic mix of other therapies to achieve the results his clients are seeking.
“My quest to become a therapist started in my late twenties after I had a very positive experience in counseling. That became my motivation for completing my training and becoming a mental health professional. The idea of working collaboratively with clients to help them change their lives really resonated with me and it still does today.”
