Justin is a counseling intern from George Fox University working towards his Masters degree. Justin came with experience in crisis line work. As a counselor, Justin believes in walking along side people to help them live a more fulfilling life. He uses Solution Focused techniques to help give the counseling sessions structure and get people to the place where goals are obtainable. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is also used to assist with changing patterns of thinking and behaviors that prevent the overcoming of life’s obstacles.
