Premarriage Weekend Seminar
Do you want to do everything you can to ensure your dreams of a happy and lasting marriage?  Studies and research clearly show that couples participating in carefully designed premarital therapy create stronger and more satisfying relationships.  Join other engaged couples in discussing this life-changing step with an emphasis on building skills around communication and conflict management.  The class also presents an understanding of marriage as a covenant.

Anxiety/Depression Class

Untreated anxiety often leads to depression. According to the World Health Organization; the economic and societal consequences of depression make it the fourth costliest disease in the world.   By 2030, it will leap to the number one position.   Depression breeds depression.   The longer it goes untreated the more difficult it is to treat. 

Group Counseling

With that in mind, The Northwest Catholic Counseling Center is offering a psycho-educational class on the topics of anxiety and depression.   Areas covered are relaxation techniques, dealing with negative and intrusive thoughts, emotional regulation, communication skills, and problem solving.  You will learn practical skills for dealing with depression and anxiety before or after it rears its ugly head.

This class will be offered both as a evening series and a one-day session.
