Andrée Cannon-Fleming

Andree Cannon-FlemingAndrée is a student intern completing her counseling degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology at Whitman College. She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Andrée’s approach to counseling is collaborative and client-directed and utilizes narrative and solution-focused methods. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults and counsels individuals, couples, and families. Areas of interest include human development, substance use and dependence, human sexuality, depression, anxiety, and relational issues.

I counsel from the position that all people have inherent value, are deserving of dignity and respect, and have the capacity for growth and wellness. I believe that when provided a supportive and accepting environment, people can access their strengths for greater resilience and well-being.”
